在金相試樣制備過程中，試樣的磨光與拋光是二項非常重要的工序，通常是采用金相試樣預(yù)磨機和金相試樣拋光機二種設(shè)備來完成，為適應(yīng)我國工業(yè)和科技發(fā)展的需要，結(jié)合用戶的使用要求，我公司新設(shè)計制造成JMP-2W型金相試樣磨拋機。采用變頻無級調(diào)速電機，該機外形新穎美觀，外形新穎美觀，經(jīng)久耐用，維護保養(yǎng)也極為方便，使用時只需更換磨盤或拋盤，就能完成各種試樣的粗磨、細(xì)磨、干磨、濕磨及拋光等各道工序，為擴大不同試樣的制備，可增加有效工作面20-30%，可提高試樣的磨拋質(zhì)量和試樣的制備效率，并該機轉(zhuǎn)動平穩(wěn)，噪音低，是一種極為理想和功能完善的最佳金相制樣設(shè)備。
